Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain words, what information CorporateVentureCapital.com collects and how we use it. "We" means Family Office Club, the owner of this site.

1. What this site is

This site is a free reference with profiles of corporate venture capital firms. It is for information only. It is not investment advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any firm we profile.

2. People named in profiles

  • Profiles name people only by their public professional role, for example "Managing Partner", and only from public sources such as the firm's own website, press releases and news.
  • We do not publish home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal emails, family details, health details or other private information.
  • Each fact names its source and has an as-of date. Quotes are very short.
  • If you are named and want a correction or removal, use the correction form at /corrections/ or call (808) 600-9260. We review requests quickly and fix or remove content where that is right.

3. Information we collect from visitors

  • Server logs. Our host may record your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time. This is normal for any website. We use it for security and to keep the site running.
  • Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-minded tool that counts visits without cookies and without profiling you.
  • Cookies. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. Our analytics tool sets none.
  • Forms. If you send us a form, we collect what you type: for example your name, work email, company, website and the message. We use it to reply to you and to run the correction and claim process. A form is not a promise of an introduction, a meeting or a response from any firm.
  • Email and calls. If you text or call (808) 600-9260, we keep your message and our reply so we can deal with your request.
  • Bot protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose.

4. How we use information

  • To run and secure the site.
  • To understand which content is useful.
  • To answer corrections, claims, takedown requests and other messages.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising on this site.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, form delivery, bot protection) and where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country.

6. How long we keep it

Server logs and analytics data: 12 months. Form submissions and messages: as long as needed to deal with your request and for our records, then deleted on request.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or export your information, or to object to how it is used. Tell us through the form at /contact/ or by calling (808) 600-9260. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Profiles link to the official pages of the firms they describe and to public sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

10. Changes

We may change this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
